All Famous artists & performers have worked together for many years and I am still an active art performer myself.

As a scout I cast all my staff - performers, actors, stylists. If they have the excellent level I need, I enter them in my database. They have to meet the minimum requirements and the well-known Famous criteria: a popular reputation, looks & body, talent, years of experience or being a titleholder.

They have to give that little bit extra. They need to have the X-factor.
